Located in a fitting environment, Restaurante Bar Alminar opens its doors right into the historic centre of the city of Ronda , at the foot of the impressive Santa María la Mayor College.

As well as our creative andalucian cuisine, (but taking nothing away from the base of our authentic traditional cooking), we work with all the wines of Ronda and stock 35 denominations of origin and of the region some 200 varieties.
